This building looks at the long bridge across the river hence its nautical design. However there may be something more!

Cinematic City is a collection of street photographs taken by the author to represent film stills. These antagonise the viewer into creating a narrative around the image.

As a child I played a game with my mother making backstories about strangers. Cinematic City is an evolution of this.
