Brutalised by toil they cycle through the capitals of the world riding their deliveries from location to destination. The courier is always on the road so knows the metropolis like no other. They are underestimated by all. However for those who know there is something more.

Cinematic City is a collection of street photographs taken by the author to represent film stills. These antagonise the viewer into creating a narrative around the image.

As a child I played a game with my mother making backstories about strangers. Cinematic City is an evolution of this.
