Every Wednesday a glamorous lady illegally parks her Vespa on a rugged street. Dressed to kill she struts to an exclusive block of apartments and is promptly buzzed in. She always leaves exactly an hour and twelve minutes later. This is obviously part of her routine, but is there something more?

Cinematic City is a collection of street photographs taken by the author to represent film stills. These antagonise the viewer into creating a narrative around the image.

As a child I played a game with my mother making backstories about strangers. Cinematic City is an evolution of this.
