MONOCHROMATIC MEANDERINGS

Monochromatic Meanderings is a collection of street photographs and portraits.As the author meanders through this world he captures moments monochromatically through his lens. 

Photons travel across time and space to be harnessed within photographic tools. Desaturation of colour encourages us to focus on texture, shape and form.

Limited edition prints are available upon request. These are mounted, framed and are accompanied with a booklet about the project focused on your image.

THE SINGING DOG The singing dog sits perched upon the busker's shoulder as he plays the accordion.
TRAM STOP The mustachioed man halts the tram. I do know not why.
SURF CITY As midnight approaches he strolls through the coastless capital with his board.
MASKED GENTLEMAN Awaiting a taxi looking dapper the masked gentleman stands alone.
THE ACCORDIONIST Atop his balcony he plays his heart out singing his beautiful songs. A sign saying "Thank You" points to a bucket suspended by a rope two stories below allowing us to contribute towards the supper for which he sings.
OPEN ALL HOURS He arrives. He removes his cowl.
FRAMES WITHIN FRAMES He sits introspective in a tram under leaden skies. He wished to walk, however was caught short by the downfall.
WTF WINDOW DRESSING Down town are some very strange window displays. Need I say more? Maybe the monochromatic photograph abstracts the black and white diorama.
AND BREATHE He works physically hard. He is not paid enough to take lunch. So he settles for a breath of fresh air.
